Warren Phillips, known as the “Non-Toxic Dad,” is a scientist and father dedicated to promoting a toxin-free lifestyle. He earned a master’s degree in geology and initially worked as an environmental consultant, focusing on cleaning and evaluating chemical and heavy metal impacts on human health and the environment. During this period, Warren experienced significant health challenges, including fibromyalgia, anxiety, weight gain, and insomnia, which he later attributed to toxin exposure.
Through extensive research and a personal healing journey, Warren discovered that many illnesses and chronic conditions are linked to environmental toxins present in food and everyday products. This realization ignited his passion for educating others about the benefits of a toxin-free lifestyle. He emphasizes that by making simple changes in daily routines, individuals can significantly improve their health and well-being.
As the founder of Non-Toxic Dad, Warren shares his knowledge and expertise across various platforms, including social media and public speaking engagements. He is also the host of the Non-Toxic Living Podcast and has co-produced the documentary series “Home Sick Home,” which explores the impact of environmental toxins on health. Additionally, Warren is the formulator of CytoDetox, a product aimed at supporting the body’s natural detoxification processes.
Residing in Utah with his wife and three daughters, Warren continues his mission to educate families on the dangers of toxins and the advantages of living a toxin-free life. He believes that by “canceling” toxins, individuals can achieve healthier and happier lives.

2:05 homesick home I’m covering the hidden toxins in homes and promoting healthier living Alternatives so thank you for
2:11 joining me today I want to start with this you know stuff that just kind of
2:17 came out I know you po you posted about it it kind of went viral but there are these forever chemicals now and Nike
2:24 watches and Fitbit watches and so I know that lots of people use like tracking devices to track their health but some
2:31 of these could be hurting them so tell us about that yeah apple watches Fitbit um you know Google watches like these
2:38 bands they’re made of fluo elastomers and Notre Dame just did a study on it and it was really shocking because the
2:45 levels of pfas forever chemicals um just like in a Teflon pan and they put them
2:51 in there there makes the bands more expensive we think they’re just silicone bands but they’re not they’re these fluo
2:58 elastomer bands and that floro means they’re 100% loaded with forever chemicals not just small amounts but
3:05 high levels of forever chemicals and if you think about that this is a very thin skin area so it’s one of the more higher
3:10 absorbing areas it’s something you may be wearing 24 hours a day it’s almost like doing a dermal uh like a what do
3:18 you call those little patches that you put on for medications um to have dermal absorption skin absorption and it’s
3:24 something that’s on there all you know for many of us uh 14 hours a day
3:30 a fit bit and the reason they put do this it’s the most expensive band because it’s not just silicone it’s a
3:35 very expensive band it’s a floral asamer and it’s loaded with forever chemicals
3:41 much higher than all other consumer products directly on your skin Notre Dame did the study they tested 22 3:47 different bands 15 of them uh contained high levels of these forever chemicals
3:53 or pfas so just you know they put it on there it’s like oh it’ll keep it clean and you’re not sweating dirt won’t get
4:00 embedded and so it’s like this another one of these these conveniences that are literally poisoning us on the daily and
4:06 those are the things we really need to avoid is because the things that we used on The Daily like our Apple watch and if
4:12 you go to the Amazon or the Apple store it’ll say made of floro elastomer so anything made of a fluo elastomer you’re
4:19 pretty much screwed it’s going to be loaded with forever chemicals uh these things do need to be banned and uh no
4:26 pun intended so but you can get stainless steel uh ones they’re out there you can go on Amazon and get ones
4:31 that are stainless steel you could get quote unquote 100% silicone I don’t trust that either because silicone has
4:37 siloxanes in it so if you heat if that watchband got hot enough you’re definitely going to be leeching
4:42 siloxanes which are carcinogenic so again the further we get away from non-natural materials and these
4:48 synthetic materials or the synthetic materials we’re told that are safe and inert like silicone which it’s not
4:53 especially for cooking it’s definitely releasing siloxanes into your food uh I think the temperature is only 180 de and
5:00 they have significant levels of siloxanes leeching from silicone cookware so that’s not very high uh
5:06 temperature and they say you know they say that it’s safe but it’s not so these are some of the things these modern
5:13 conveniences our watches these Plastics we got to get back to Natural materials they’re obviously poisoning us so you said what type of band should
5:20 you be looking for then yeah you can get uh stainless steel which is not as comfortable I get it a stainless steel
5:28 watch band but you can get rid of your Apple watch band which is made of floral elastomer and replace it online just do
5:35 uh Apple watch band stainless steel and there there’s a a couple different companies making them in different
5:41 colors they make them in black and white and stainless uh and then at worst case
5:46 I would much rather have a 100% silicone band that doesn’t have the embedded forever chemicals so you need to avoid
5:54 those floro floro elastomer bands floro means forever chemicals essentially the
5:59 Florine so what about like the aura rings do these have things in them as well the
6:05 well they’re they’re made of um metal so they should be fine yeah so but any type
6:11 of uh you know fitbits you know these uh smart watches most of the smart watches
6:17 and most of the uh you know the app type watch yeah the fit the fit
6:24 watches like for fitness watches fitness watches Apple watches anything that that’s used on the they have this high
6:30 quality floral laser band which is poisoning you so a cheap silicone band would probably be better but it’s not
6:37 perfect and if you want to go um away from that I would do the stainless steel if you want to have the 100% non-toxic
6:43 version and I think on the back of Apple watches it’s stainless steel or it used to be so you could drop it in and then
6:49 you’d have all stainless steel I mean I don’t wear Apple watch or anything like that so but this is a junky one that was
6:55 on my kids so they can see this this is just a junky one I thought this was a
7:00 100% silicone but I don’t know so now I need to look into it because my kids don’t have SmartWatches they just have
7:06 these little regular watches that had like a a step tracker on them no Wi-fi
7:11 none of that because that’s a whole another uh you know challenge when you’re having a phone that has radio
7:17 frequency and uh just right on your body which frequencies aren’t good for you
7:22 right it’s another another stresser okay so that is so happy this
7:28 morning you know talking I mean that is that is alarming though so why do they do that I guess because
7:35 it’s it uh is comfortable and that’s how you can wear it but to me it makes like if it’s more expensive and it’s toxic
7:42 then why are we doing that why are we not just doing silicone why are we not you know doing something different the
7:47 band doesn’t like the band doesn’t get stinky it lasts longer uh your oils on your hand don’t embed into the silicone
7:53 and those oils start degrading the rubber or the silicone it just kind of protects the band so it just lasts
7:59 longer and looks better longer so it’s like a Teflon pan well Teflon comes from
8:04 I think its origination was tanks um it was used in in Warfare um with with
8:10 tanks a protective coating on tanks or something like that uh again I don’t don’t quote me on that but it had something to do with military and it it
8:18 protects things right it’s meant to protect and then we decided oh this would be great to put into pans because
8:24 it’s non-stick so essentially you’re putting a non-stick watch band where it protects from sweat and oils penetrating
8:31 into the watch band and ruining the watch band making it stinky degrading it so it’s this high quality watch band
8:37 that’s literally has super high levels of these forever chemicals which cause
8:42 liver damage kidney damage cancer reproductive harm um it’s forever chemicals and they’re hard to get rid of
8:48 so if they’re hard to get rid of the environment they’re hard to get rid of inside of your body they don’t break down they stick around forever so they
8:55 bioaccumulate in our body they bioaccumulate in the environment and
9:01 again you know it’s these we’ve gone you know we’ve gone pretty far away from nature that to say the least which makes
9:09 sense though right like if you that never made sense to me if you have a watch band that like doesn’t get stinky
9:14 you don’t have to wash it you never have to take it off and it’s not like gross there’s probably a problem with that
9:21 right somehow something is so so that makes sense but I do to your point think that people need to understand that
9:27 because I know a ton of people in the health and Industry world who wear these devices because they want to track their Fitness or they
9:33 want to track their steps or they want to track their sleep and they have no idea you know if they knew that they they probably wouldn’t be wearing this
9:39 and so the other thing is after this podcast airs I think it will be funny if you follow me or you follow Warren on
9:45 social media we want to see your pictures of your white white wrists because no longer you’re no longer wearing your bands right or your watches
9:52 because when people don’t wear them like my nurse practitioner summer forgot hers the other day her wrist was so white
9:57 because she has that thing on all the time um it it was it was alarming but this is
10:03 something people definitely need to know so to recap the if you’re wearing these watches so Apple watches Garmin watches
10:10 any of these watches they have these forever Plastics in them and if you want to do something better you can always
10:16 Google silicone band watch for your Apple watch but the best thing to do would be to get a stainless steel band
10:22 yeah 100% silicone because a silicone could have a a thing so just make sure it’s 100% silicone but I I would yeah if
10:29 yeah it’s possible right so to find I saw some 100% silicone as well so I did some research on it so everyone needs a
10:35 solution so what do I do thanks for scaring the hell out of me you know high levels of forever chemicals and my floro
10:41 elastomer watch band that’s you know 80 bucks or 50 bucks and it’s literally
10:46 poisoning you through your skin like thank you um for this convenience and poisoning me yeah it’s it’s
10:53 sad okay so now that we know about watch bands I want to talk to you about home cleaners because I know you posted and
11:00 and were telling me about fabulosa the fabulosa cleaner and how it was causing issues with pomonis and so I have this
11:08 conversation with people all the time and my my cleaning lady and I she thinks I’m crazy but we have taken let’s stop
11:14 right there Cassie we are crazy so we’re not crazy I have taken all the chemicals
11:21 out of my house um and I use very simple things to clean like alcohol and vinegar like you were talking about so tell
11:27 everyone about the bad cleaners and just in general what you should be doing to clean your house yeah like we’ll get
11:35 into fabuloso and fabuloso I’ve had a a hate relationship with Fab fabuloso
11:40 because a lot I I lived in Florida for a while and everywhere in FLA for Florida
11:46 they use Fabuloso it has super strong fragrance it even brags about it on the
11:51 uh label says uh cleans cleans your you know living
11:56 environment with a 24hour sent right so you don’t clean with scent by the way that covers and there’s no
12:04 cleaning there and so well I’ll just go down the the the fabuloso route so about two years ago they had a and I I find
12:11 this funny and scary at the same time they had they recalled I think five yeah 4.9 million bottles of fabuloso they
12:19 forgot to put a enough of a preservative in it and this pomonis bacteria grew and
12:25 pomonis especially if you’re immune compromised which you would know it is deadly to immune compromised
12:33 individuals and it’s pomonis this pudos bacteria this you those has to be a specific strain but they had this really
12:40 toxic strain of pseudomonas and it just really it gets inside your body you can inhale it um through the fabuloso so
12:47 literally just cleaning with it you can inhale it obviously if you have an open cut and then it can get in through your eye your eye gate so pseudo is super
12:55 toxic they recalled all this but people still have fabuloso sitting around they
13:00 sell you these massive jugs of it and fabuloso is poisoning you but then you look on all the ingredients of it it has
13:07 so much fragrance in it it has it has antibacterials in it which is funny it
13:12 has an antibacterial in it and pseudomonas is growing and my my
13:18 supposition is vinegar trashes bacteria and my supposition would
13:23 be well it’s not even it’s if I’m looking at it based on the science you have a jug of vinegar do they have to
13:29 put a preservative in it to stop pseudomonas and bacteria growing in it do they have to put a preservative no
13:36 but we have all these cleaners that are more fragrance based that have toxic uh
13:42 antibacterials in them that are killing the good bacteria in your body not just
13:48 the bad like cautionary they call them quats cautionary compounds those are super toxic and they build up on your
13:54 home and they’re carcinogenic so a lot of these antibacterial cleaners have these quats compounds that are toxic CU
14:01 so now you’re wiping out your your microbiome in your home if you’re not wearing gloves you’re wiping out the microbiome on your skin essentially
14:08 putting antibiotics on your body killing everything killing everything in your home which is what leads to these
14:15 superbuds and all these problems that we have so fabuloso isn’t fabulous at all it’s super toxic and you have all these
14:21 cleaners you’re spending all this money you’re being sold on scents that are engineered to create a dopamine response
14:27 in the healthy and put other and and for for many of us I think it’s like I think
14:33 up to 15 15% of the population is allergic to these fragrances now and so
14:41 you don’t realize why you can’t think you have a headache you’re short with your children you have anxiety these
14:46 could be the fragrances in your home so getting rid of all fragrance fragrances whether it’s in your laundry laundry
14:52 detergent there’s so many simple your your fabuloso your spraying for Breeze your Glade plugins these things are
14:58 absolutely poison to your body I i’ I have stories multiple stories of people who had birds in their home that stopped
15:06 singing you get rid of the air freshener the bird start singing again right they
15:11 put them in you know obviously car air fresheners I have a 12 million plus video uh that went viral cuz I I
15:17 literally did this I’d go in and rip down when uh the the Uber drivers
15:22 weren’t watching if back in the day uh and um or if I’m in a bus and I was going somewhere I would grab them or I
15:29 would throw them out and I mean cuz they’re just I’m yeah I can’t I personally can’t handle them they do
15:35 trigger these headaches asthma allergies all these things they’re just absolute poison and these cleaning products like
15:41 you said vinegar is going to do most your home you might need a little bit of alcohol you can get 100% non-toxic un
15:49 unscented soaps for your laundry so you’re not smelling toxins all day you’re not putting the toxic brighteners
15:54 in your clothes you’re you know uh brighteners and then they also put some
16:00 some companies put like a little bit of like forever chemicals U inside of that so that that that dirt doesn’t stick as
16:06 much to the clothes I mean to give it a soft feel right all those things that we
16:12 think that we need are poisoning us these conveniences these add-ons these things that were being sold that we
16:18 thinks are are important the commercials are selling moms on oh your kids clothes
16:23 are bright you must be a good Mom they’re selling you on emotional things that matter zero to your life zero to
16:29 your children’s health zero to our future yeah I would agree if you think
16:34 about it for thousands of years people wash their clothes in rivers right with maybe not even soap uh probably salt
16:42 right like salt and whatever they had so I would agree um and and I was one of
16:47 those people where I used to come home and like if my house didn’t smell like lemon or like this toxic chemical I be
16:53 like oh my house is so dirty uh but then we like I said we started using vinegar
16:59 and just like very sometimes I’ll use Branch Basics which is basically just
17:04 vinegar you add different amounts of water um but I love it I’m I think I feel better um then also the thing I
17:12 worry about was like my dog right so you’re using all the stuff on your floor like putting all this toxic stuff on
17:17 your floor and although I don’t necessarily walk around Barefoot all the time your animals do or your children do right and your animals are way like
17:25 smaller than you are and so if they get all these toxic fumes in their paws then they’re not going to feel good and I
17:30 actually like our dog was having this issue where she was like licking her paws all the time and having like her paws were like itchy and we took her to
17:37 the doctor and they were like I don’t know maybe she’s got allergies give her benad dril it didn’t really work and then when we stopped using all the toxic
17:44 stuff on our floor She Stopped licking your CL so there’s that so then I felt like a
17:49 really bad dog mom yeah yeah but that I mean people won’t do it for themselves but they’ll do it for their dogs and
17:55 their children so it’s really important they are smaller little vessels like you said they’re more sensitive their nose
18:01 is more sensitive um you know that’s why you got to feed them right you got to you got to take care of
18:07 them so transitioning from home cleaners then and you were kind of talking about all these toxins toxins and
18:13 preservatives and things like that I want to talk to you about water uh well actually let’s talk about microplastics
18:19 first so that kind of goes with this you know the the toxic chemical type stuff
18:25 tell people what are microplastics start with that what are micras Plastics microplastics is the degradation of all
18:31 the Plastics in our environment right um and on the weekly
18:37 without yeah on the weekly you are ingesting about One credit card a week
18:44 you’re doing about 50% just breathing just breathing right so in a in a clean
18:50 air environment we’re not talking um a polluted air but or an urban environment but clean
18:55 air no matter where you live if you live in the woods you’re likely about half a
19:01 credit card a week now you add the food where the microplastics are embedded because it’s so it’s in our environment
19:08 right it’s in our food it’s in our it’s in our proteins it’s in our it’s in the plants right it’s in everything if you
19:14 add the eating in and it’s inner water supply um it’s in tons in bottled water obviously it can release from your tea
19:21 bags because they’re using microplastic tea tea bags made of plastic which release you know millions of
19:26 microplastics into your tea so you add that up you’re about a credit card a week now so that’s four credit cards
19:32 worth of microplastic a month think about that that’s super scary and
19:37 microplastics in my opinion is going to be one of the biggest links to disease
19:43 in the next four to eight years in the literature because the literature that has just come
19:48 out I think it’s a tenfold related to a 10 full increase in
19:54 neurod degenerative conditions they find much higher levels of microplastics in your brain
20:00 in demented patients like a 10-fold increase of microplastics in the demented patients so it’s causing it’s a
20:07 link to that and then just starting this is like the first studies they see the same thing uh 10-fold increase and uh
20:14 linked to a 10-fold increase in heart attacks the heart attacked the the individuals that had a heart attack had
20:21 much higher like extremely I don’t know the exact number but a significant like 10 100 fold the amount of microplastics
20:29 embedded in their heart tissue right so we know that it’s causing inflam it’s a foreign object so it’s going to cause
20:35 inflammation and disease it’s going to cause cellular dysfunction it’s going to cause mitochondrial dysfunction it’s obviously causing endocrine dysfunction
20:43 because those microplastics contain the chemicals that they use to make the microplastics which is Plastics put in
20:50 phalates one of the the probably the number one hormone disruptor for male and female endocrine uh parts right
20:58 that’s why it’s linked to lower testosterone in men and infertility in women amongst other endocrine disrupting
21:05 problems right not just that but you know thyroid and you can go on and on
21:10 and so these microplastics are carrying these chemicals and they’re your body can break down a little bit of these
21:16 microplastics we have bacteria that can chew on them right and I think over if we keep being exposed to microplastics
21:23 through Evolution or or the the process we’ll start building out more and more bacteria that can literally eat these
21:30 microplastics because you can train bacteria to do stuff you can do it in a lab really quickly in humans it’s going
21:35 to take we might all be dead by then but we have to get rid of these microplastics and it’s not just heart
21:41 it’s not just brain it’s also in our guts they’re finding you know high levels they’re finding them in male
21:46 testicles and and if you’re in a male testicles it’s lowering testosterone right so and they’re finding them and
21:53 you’re wearing plastic underwear right you’re wearing polyester literally wrapping yourself in plastic poly Ester
21:59 is plastic with just a bunch more chemicals in it unsafe unhealthy for
22:04 your body and you’re literally putting on these Plastics then you wash your clothes then you put them in your dryer
22:09 and you have microplastic dust all over your home it’s always shedding your dogs
22:15 you know you’re polluting your home with all that dust you can’t vacuum it all up my wife vacuums constantly but you just
22:21 produce more and more dust right it’s coming in and collecting on your floors your kids are licking it your dog is
22:26 licking it you know because they’re picking up stuff putting them in their mouth so these microplastics are linked to all these conditions already showing
22:34 massive increase right now up to 10 10-fold increase that’s not small that’s not like oh it’s doubling your chance of
22:40 a heart attack if you’re getting exposed to high levels of microplastics and many
22:45 of us are depending on where we live we don’t have home filters depending on our jobs depending on type of clothes man
22:51 tfold increase uh potentially in heart attacks so as more and more of these studies come out and I know it’s because
22:58 there’s blood tests now that are testing for microplastics so that you can order as a as a medical professional right so
23:05 this is becoming very very mainstream it’s very dangerous and that’s why we don’t need eliminate as many Plastics
23:12 from our life because the reality is right think about it when I buy my grass-fed organic free range
23:19 regenerative meat from Sprouts or wherever I you know get it from a really good you know small supplier guess what
23:25 it’s wrapped in plastic freaking plastic right so unless I go to the butcher
23:32 again you have to go live on a farm I get it so you have to minimize this amounts these amounts of your microplastic exposure by switching out
23:39 your clothes by switching out your socks by switching out the freaking polyester hat that no one ever thinks about on the
23:46 second most absorbable air in your body which is your brow next to your loins right it’s your brow and you absorb tons
23:54 of toxins through this area where are those microplastics going to go hot sweaty area with your microplastic hat
24:01 on and it’s just absorbing these into your body probably where you’re getting your brain exposure same thing with our
24:07 socks oh I bought my wool socks they’re 40% wool maybe at best 50% the rest is
24:13 nylon and polyester and so and socks a lot of them
24:18 have those forever chemicals in them which absorb through your feet and forever chemicals are neurotoxins as
24:25 well you have all these nerve endings in your in your feet think about right or raiki maybe I said that wrong
24:31 I’m not in I don’t know those ARS very well so uh then so you literally could
24:37 be poisoning your neurological system with these forever chemicals on top of the microplastics on top of the phalates
24:43 and all these other uh plasticizers that are loaded into those socks and it’s really hard to find these things but
24:49 there when I got sick you know eight no now 20 years ago you couldn’t find a gluten-free cracker right so trust me as
24:57 we demand more of these products there’s going to be a lot of 100% or 98% wols
25:04 socks with 2% elastine right because I have 100% wool socks they do fall down a
25:10 little bit I wear them anyway it’s no big deal but you know some people don’t like that inconvenience of your sock
25:15 falling down a little bit right but I buy 100% uh dyed with natural things
25:20 socks out of Europe somewhere I’m not sure where I got them a little bit pricey but you know I got to be
25:27 congruent you know so uh and you can buy a few pair that are less than 10% um in in a local like REI they have
25:35 like one pair or two pair of wool socks that are only like 90 they’re 90% natural and 10% synthetic that’s where I
25:42 would do the cut off out of convenience so we need to be wearing wool can we
25:47 wear cotton yeah 100% Cotton’s great too cotton yeah there’s great cotton uh there’s great cotton socks out there
25:54 there’s hemp socks there’s uh lots of different natural materials out there
26:00 but no nylon no polyester no nylon no polyester no it’s
26:05 all plastic I’m just yeah I’m just sitting here thinking like most workout attire right like Lulu Lemon anything
26:11 you work out in is probably going to have nylon and polyester right because it’s stretchy and so and then you’re all
26:17 sweaty so that’s just seeping right into you huh yeah right into your under endocrine number one area of endocrine
26:24 disruption and absorption which is your over your ovaries over okay great there’s a lawsuit out there against
26:31 Lululemon because they’re not disclosing the amount of BPA which is a plasticizer
26:37 everybody knows BPA is toxic BPA free bottles well there’s not they don’t have BPA free clothing which is worse um
26:46 you’re getting a much lower exposure in a plastic bottle than you are from your workout clothes the and then if you want a big
26:53 exposure of BPA touch your receipt if you touch your receipt and mess with it
26:58 it’s like drinking out of a BPA water bottle for a year the amount of BPA um
27:03 that’s on the back on the front side of the receipt so it’s significant significant
27:09 amount so we’re not talking small amounts like the BPA you would get from your plastic water bottle not that big
27:14 of deal microplastics big deal right I would say in a plastic water Bottle BPA
27:19 very very low level of exposure your clothes much higher back of a front of a receipt super high exposure of hormone
27:27 disrupting IAL BPA I think everyone knows that but BPA can be replaced with this phenol s BPS so your bottle could
27:34 be BPA free or your pants are plastic shirt is BPA free but it’s not BPS free they just put a different uh different
27:41 chemical so it’s you just got to get got to get rid of these slowly integrate getting these products out and there’s a
27:48 lot of sexy Brands out there that are are mostly non-toxic using natural materials and organic materials it is
27:55 massive 5 years ago didn’t exist you couldn’t find a pair of workout pants that would fit would look nice they’d
28:01 fall off they’d look like crap now there’s some really nice ones out there I don’t remember the name at this moment
28:07 we can put them in the show notes but my wife and children do because that’s what they wear so then also microplastics you’re
28:14 talking about water bottles as well right so we should not be drinking out of plastic water bottles we should be doing aluminum or glass is that correct
28:22 I would do glass stainless steel yeah um glass glass or stainless the aluminum ones right in the store
28:28 they just have a plastic liner so and so like I and believe it or
28:34 not 5 years ago I thought when I was drinking out of um aluminum can that I
28:39 was not drinking out of plastic for exposure you know in the environment environmental side more microplastics oh
28:45 I buy the aluminum Cannon but they’re lined right and that’s why will you buy
28:50 a can of beans that says BPA free uh the can’s BPA free why was it BPA free
28:57 what’s BPA in plastic so to protect the the tin can there’s a coating of plastic
29:04 on the inside of that can so you know it’s still you’re still getting plastic
29:09 and microplastic exposure BPA free lined can but it’s still probably has BPS or
29:14 some other chemical right so they BPA became just a big marketing uh push
29:21 because everyone was scared of it because it was a massive endocrine disruptor and everyone was having thyroid problems and all these epidemics
29:27 probably why I think didn’t you have a thyroid challenge uh and that you had to work through and so I think everybody on this
29:34 planet has a thyroid issue right now some lowlevel thyroid issue including myself right when I was sick I had lots
29:40 of I couldn’t take a hot shower because I couldn’t adapt to the stress of the heat you know like I had massive thyroid
29:46 problems I had to get on uh natural thyroid for a while to help balance me out um you know so I got a compounded
29:54 and did it the old non-toxic way so these so it’s in your it’s not if if you want to switch you need to go like you
30:01 said stainless steel glass bottles get an RO system in your home it’s going to
30:06 save you lots of money because you’re spending uh well I guess you can buy and bulk at Kirkland I’m doing a study right
30:12 now and I’m testing I tested 38 different water bottles uh for toxins I
30:18 want to see I didn’t do microplastics because we already know that there’s could be millions of microplastics released one of the other challenges
30:26 with plastic water bottles in addition to the microplastics in addition to a lot of the water just being City Water
30:32 that’s ran through an RO system that they’re charging you a buck 50 a bottle for right is that they use uh pet
30:41 plastic the number one plastic and studies clearly show and nobody’s talking about this no one seems to care
30:48 my video did not go viral they don’t understand this but antimony like lead
30:54 like Mercury you’re worried about lead throwing your hands up in the air about lead throwing your hands up in the airbot Mercury and you should right in
31:00 that same category antimony it has no biological function and it’s leeching
31:05 out at room temperature because they use it as a catalyst in the making of pet plastic polyethylene Terra ballate bate
31:15 here we go again right hormone disruptor ballet in the name of the plastic also
31:20 leeching 100% into the the water that you’re buying so you’re buying a bottled water thinking it’s safe from a spring
31:26 it’s going to have f in it going to have microplastic in it and it’s going to have elevated antimon in it and listen
31:33 to this and that’s just sitting at room temperature if that’s sitting in a back of a truck being transported or outside
31:39 in the sun studies show if it’s heated too long about this between I think it’s
31:44 140 degrees Fahrenheit which can easily happen sitting in the back of a hot truck right or sitting out in the sun in
31:51 uh um what are they called it in a in crates or uh what are the
31:58 ah the like in pallets in pallets pallets is the word uh it’s sitting on
32:05 in pallets it’s going to get heated up of course and if you do it and if you leave it in your car but it’s exceeding
32:11 the water you know maximum levels that the EPA would allow you to drink it’s exceeding them it’s so it’s it’s called
32:17 the MCL the maximum contaminant level so it’s raising to that level and you’re buying this water literally that could
32:23 be poisoned or if you don’t treat your bottled water properly inside of that pet plastic do you buy smartw waterer
32:29 you know uh Arrowhead you know whatever brand you’re using the Trader Joe’s
32:35 brand it’s all pet plastic oh your Coke which you probably never let get to 110 32:40 degrees sitting in your uh in your car or higher but Coke bottles are made of
32:46 it so all these Plastics and just storing there and I’m sure with the acid and Coke you’re leeching some of this
32:51 antimony so you’re getting heavy metal poisoned water no one’s talking about antimony levels um in these plas bottle
32:58 so that’s kind of a new one that I’m pushing on to bring awareness to just push people over the edge yeah it’s not
33:04 so bad I’m in a hurry you know but you can I’m literally traveling with an RO system now uh just because I and or I or
33:11 I drop water like Mountain Valley Water which is probably some of the safe
33:16 safest water and I tested Mountain Valley as well um and a lot of these Waters and I actually did it did the
33:22 same experiment myself I did I heated up in my infrared dehydrator to mimic the
33:28 sun and the car and I’m heating I heated up one for 110 for uh 24 hours and then
33:34 one at 160 for 24 hours and I’m running those those lab results and I’m going to release them on my Instagram page and
33:40 just trying to educate people it’s like get away from plastic we need to we need to get back to Glass we need to get back
33:47 to you know stainless steel true you know materials that can be recycled and
33:53 here’s another issue like we’re talking about Plastics and microplastics and we’re talking about recycling so we
33:58 recycle a lot the plastic bottles and it still has the phalates and we turn it into t-shirts we turn it into all kinds
34:04 of stuff so we’re we’re recycling saying that this is good we’re recycling plastic yay it’s good for the
34:09 environment eco-friendly Fabrics they’re still plastic they’re still poison eco-friendly but poisoning you yeah
34:16 maybe you saved a little bit of energy because we didn’t we re reused it and we didn’t remove some more resources but it
34:24 took a lot of energy to recycle it and we’re still just moving we’re transferring a poison plastic
34:30 recycle bottle into poison plastic clothes that we’re putting on our children so don’t recycle poison right
34:36 let’s recycle you know old wool jackets that are being thrown away and then
34:41 recycle that into nice wool clothing or cotton let’s find ways to to recycle things that aren’t poisonous to us and
34:48 so the recycling uh electronics you know how you throw your electronics away so they
34:54 recycle electronics and guess what they turned them into they turned them into plastic utensils
35:00 let’s recycle all someone had a great idea this is waste right we don’t want to pay to have it incinerated and put
35:08 through filters and because it’s super toxic because in these because in uh
35:14 electronics you have to put a bunch of flame retardants in there because your electronics get really hot right so they
35:20 put all these really toxic flame retardants that are highly bioaccumulating that bio accumulate like
35:26 a forever chemical in your body and they taking the worst type of plastic you
35:32 could turn into something that would be safe for food contact and you’re putting them in black plastic spatulas spatulas
35:38 are bad to begin with you’re going to have all kinds of microplastics and phalates and other toxic chemicals coming out of it but now flame
35:45 retardants because you’re recycling these electronics and you’re getting high levels of flame retardant and
35:51 they’re just they’re literally so high they can off gas and you can breathe them as you’re cooking so this is this
35:56 recycling thing we need to think about it from a not just the environment we have to think about it as a
36:03 poison so I want to ask you a couple things about all that that you just said so you said you were talking about R for
36:10 listeners that are L that are listening that don’t understand what that’s reverse osmosis so when he’s talking about water there are different ways
36:16 that you can clean in your water your water and filter it and what it’s called revers osmosis and so that is a way that
36:23 you can clean a lot of your water and clean toxins out of your water now the only thing I don’t love about AR is that
36:29 you don’t necessarily get a ton of mineral minerals in your water but at least your water is clean there are ways
36:34 you can add minerals to your water correct so you have a travel RO system
36:39 do you know what it’s called yeah it’s it’s their um it’s not really it’s it’s a glass craft and it’s a it’s by aquatru
36:47 and it has a glass craft and it has a three-stage on the back of it smaller and I have bought a big bin um because I
36:57 travel lot I get you know better status right so I can do 70 lbs it doesn’t have
37:02 to be 70 lbs so I just place that in there and then I actually travel with a air filter now too uh and I just started
37:08 doing this over the last year so it saves me a lot of money with buying a bunch of water but it’s you know it’s only like this big so it’s it’s it’s
37:15 compact enough that it can fit in a suitcase and I just bring it with me and fill it up and fillter my water I brush
37:21 my teeth with it I drink it uh and it’s it’s not as good as say Mountain Valley
37:26 but it’s it’s it’s good right so this is water like it doesn’t matter like let’s say
37:32 you’re going to Mexico and you’re concerned about like the bacterian things and water could you still arrow
37:37 that water and it would be safe to drink yeah absolutely y just out of the tap in Mexico yep AR removes like between 94 37:45 and 90% 99% of like everything right okay it’s GNA it’ll Wipe Out the
37:51 bacteria easy yeah and then Mountain Valley Water that’s the ones in the big glass bottles that are green right yeah
37:57 don’t buy the ones in plastic but yes the glass bottles that’s been like kind of industry standard for a while in the
38:03 health space and so you like Mountain Valley you think it’s a really good clean water is it like a does it have
38:08 electrolytes or is it what what is the deal with Mountain Valley yeah yeah it’s spring water so that’s why it’s good so
38:15 um and then they deliver in some areas so you can get a glass jug with a and then buy a ceramic base actually I do I
38:22 have it laying around here I did have it here earlier but it’s missing um but I
38:29 that’s what I used to do but they stopped delivering in my area cuz I also wanted to you know you get a lot of the
38:35 calcium and magnesium and you know just you’re drinking it and you’re getting a lot of good electrolytes so I just use
38:42 salt and avocado and lemon and we can talk about that like some of my daily
38:47 routine is drinking lemon water every morning putting in a small pinch of uh CMA sea salt veras salt I just looked at
38:53 their coas they’re 65 ppb lead but you got to watch like Redmonds is super high
38:59 um Baja gold even higher um Celtic Sea salt which is the was the the sea salt
39:05 of all Health practitioners has some of the highest levels of lead so the things that you do every day like having a
39:11 Fitbit on or or whatever using salt a lot like you want to make sure those have the lowest amount of microplastic
39:17 salt um can be contaminated with microplastic as well lowest levels of heavy metals and all these companies are
39:22 now doing the testing because of customer awareness redond is making all kinds of excuses is saying it’s not
39:29 bioavailable it’s a lead salt it’s probably one of the most highly bioavailable forms of lead now clay
39:36 you’d probably be only 30% bioavailable right if it’s in a clay right because it’s it can be bound inside the
39:43 structure not strongly bound but bound enough where it’s not going to be AB as absorbable as a lead salt right so the
39:50 lead and salts uh definitely something you want to avoid I like there there’s a couple kma Brands ver salt seems clean
39:56 uh Jacob sea salt tested zero probably not a lot of minerals in there but very clean um and there’s some other BR other
40:03 brands as well so those are the ones that that I go with okay so if you so I want to talk to
40:10 you too about a little bit about food so I’ve seen a couple things that you’ve posted about coffee and chocolate and
40:18 like toxic issues with that can you tell us about the coffee and the chocolate issues yeah chocolate you know we all
40:26 eat it right and but we we e too much of it so they just did a new study on uh
40:31 whey proteins being contaminated uh especially the plant-based because plants sequester more heavy metals than
40:37 the way from the cow right so whey has less heavy metals in it whey has way less heavy lead cadmium um but the the
40:45 plant proteins have a lot more but if you put chocolate in say the whey protein now you have significant levels
40:53 of lead contamination in your whey protein cuz cocoa almost all forms of kakoa because it sequesters heavy metals
41:00 from the from the soil um it elevates in the chocolate and then if we eat a lot
41:05 of that chocolate we’re getting some pretty high levels of exposure so what I tell people is by the safer Brands Dr
41:12 bronners comes from now I always mix the names up uh there’s South America and
41:19 there’s South Africa but I believe the South African has a lesser will have
41:27 don’t quotee me on this um watch one of my videos cuz I I’ve talked about it three or four times but that has much
41:34 less uh lead and cabum in it right so there is brands that are now saying hey here’s our lead levels it’s not perfect
41:40 but it’s some of the cleaness out there so this is a big deal because it’s not small amounts of lead it’s a whole bunch
41:45 of lead so if you’re eating chocolate your body can handle so much lead in a day before it’s going to your body can’t
41:51 process it and it’s going to kind of get into your bloodstream and start attacking your organs and your neurological tissue so you have to keep
41:57 the levels down that’s what prop 65 is for to make it less than 0.5 micrograms
42:03 per day that’s why that exists is that if you’re eating lead that’s less than that all day your body that’s realistic
42:10 in today’s polluted environment that’s realistic and that keeps your lead levels down enough where it’s not going
42:15 to hurt you now your kids they get impacted five times worse on lead because they absorb it five times more
42:21 through their gut because they’re not as developed right so that children really need to be careful with lead because
42:27 they just absorb it at up to five times more so with chocolate just eat less or
42:33 choose the chocolate I know Dr bronners uh that comes from a great source you could ask them I haven’t asked them for
42:39 their coas yet but I’ve asked a lot of other companies um let me uh grab a name
42:45 I can’t find them right now um darn it I’ll put it in the show notes but there’s some there’s some safer bars out
42:52 there because they they’re they’re sourcing their chocolate not from all over and what’s cheapest but Source it
42:57 from um a specific Source that’s lower in lead in cadmium what about coffee what is the
43:04 deal with coffee you know coffee is you know one of the you know biggest
43:10 economic economy drivers of of the world right it’s there’s so much coffee being
43:15 sold and because it’s such a a you know and it’s relatively unregulated
43:22 especially here we don’t really have regulations on the amount of MOT toxin and mold that can be in the coffeee so
43:29 the junk beans a lot of times get shipped that are rejected by say Europe come over to America and then we roast
43:36 them and then we say hey we roast them it kills the mold but it doesn’t kill the mot toxins so the mot toxins remain
43:42 and the mot toxins are you know it’s not a mold allergy it’s the toxin that mold produces is what it’s detrimental to
43:49 your body we’re talking high levels because these they’re not being properly stored they’re in a bag they’re getting
43:55 moldy they’re not dried right away so uh you have to choose a company that tests for mot toxins um and also test when you
44:03 cook the bean too much it produces a carcinogen um as well so you have to be
44:09 careful and good companies test for that there is regulations for that in the US um that you need to get the companies
44:16 that are really stringent um what are they called acrylamides um so they do
44:21 acry amide testing so a good organic coffee company will be mot toxin free um
44:26 almost acrylamide free very very low levels of acrylamides uh if you burn your toast that creates a lot of
44:32 acrylamides believe it or not if you burn any type of carbohydrate that creates a lot of acrylamide so when
44:37 you’re making your toast don’t burn it um these are just little tricks you can do again we’re tough we’re strong we can
44:44 handle this stuff a little bit of MotoX sins a little bit of chromid but when you add it all up it becomes significant
44:49 so knowing how to properly cook your food knowing how to properly uh and a chef would tell you this he’s like oh
44:56 you don’t want to burn that that’s going to make it toxic like some chefs understand this because they’re taught that in school but we’re not being
45:02 taught that so I’m starting a cooking show that I’m doing once a month long form on YouTube and I’ll add it to my
45:08 podcast but just teaching how to cook food so you’re not poisoning yourself talking about acry mindes how do you
45:13 cook meat properly so that it it also can produce toxins if you burn it right so not properly cooking your food also
45:21 is an issue so with chocolate uh we’re going back to I mean coffee you want to find microt toxin free
45:27 that they’re testing for acry amides and they’re actually testing for heavy metals as well and there’s many companies out there that are doing that
45:34 so you can find safe coffee um corn is going to have it as well all most of the grains if not treated properly and they
45:41 get moldy they they produce these mot toxins so you have to be careful most corn uh Corn’s not a superfood you know
45:48 I like some of the corn chips out there I eat a few but it’s it’s it’s not a great alternative to carbs and it can be
45:55 have microt toxins in it do I eat chips that are cooked in Tallow I got yeah
46:00 they ship them to me all the time I have a stack of them um and I might eat one bag you know in three months but corn
46:06 chips are another thing because I know they’re just microt toxin I like them I eat them I love Mexicans so but I’m just
46:12 saying you know try to uh lessen that topic load by making smart
46:17 choices so to summarize what I got from coffee it needs to be microt toxin free
46:22 acry amide free and ideally heavy metal free and then as far as chalk we just want to make sure again there’s
46:28 not a lot of lead in there so and cadmium so lead and cadmium free okay so
46:35 or low levels you’re never going to get it free it’s impossible I know that okay so I know that we’ve talked about a lot
46:41 of stuff and I’m sure people are like oh my God what am I supposed to eat what am I supposed to do and so what we’re going to do is make sure that we link all of
46:47 your stuff in the show notes so people can go follow you I know you have a lot of great videos so you guys need to go
46:52 follow him on social media he does have this docy series that he’s working on as well well the homesick home he’s got a
46:59 YouTube channel and so we’ll make sure that you guys can connect with him because I mean I could talk to him for 5 47:05 hours um and he’s not telling you don’t do anything he’s just saying be intelligent about what you’re choosing
47:10 and to his point like if we are smart as Americans with our dollars and we demand better out of companies then we will get
47:17 those things because I agree with him 10 years ago I haven’t ate gluten for probably over 10 years and when I first
47:23 stopped eating gluten you couldn’t find it anywhere and now that’s like almost becoming like the norm right now the
47:29 other problem with that is we’re putting other crap in our food that’s a whole another discussion but like you can fix
47:34 things like this by what you choose because they’re not going to make things if you don’t buy those things so we’ll
47:40 make sure that we link all of that so I appreciate you giving us this high level view on some things I have some great
47:47 takeaways um that I’ve learned I want to wrap this up by asking you the three
47:52 questions that I ask every single guest so don’t overthink them but I’m curious ious to know what your answers are so
47:58 the first question is what is one food that is the most beneficial for you and
48:04 why if you have to pick one food I have many um ah here’s the one
48:12 though and I would consider a food olive oil uh single origin organic in a glass
48:18 jar olive oil um that’s fresh high levels of polyphenols and I’ll tell you
48:23 why um just doing about two teaspoons a day is going to reduce all cause
48:28 mortality all causes of death degenerative conditions that we all face cancer heart disease you name it overall
48:36 30% reduction right um it also contains a compound um
48:42 it’s it contains another compound uh at at high levels as well that acts as a
48:49 massive anti-inflammatory working on the Cox one Cox 2 pathway just like um
48:54 ibuprofen so it reduces inflammation and pain so it’s a anti-pain medication
49:00 essent essentially um because of this compound that it has so it has all those benefits plus it’s giving you all those
49:07 healthy fats that your body needs and it’s not going to throw you out of balance so uh give me one food right now
49:14 that I’m really honed in on it’s olive oil I’m doing a lot of it I’m putting on everything another trick with olive oil
49:21 is that even though it has uh you can put it in your pan and and sauté in it
49:27 it’s it’s still and it’ll be protected because of all the antioxidants in it so it’s not going to turn it necessarily
49:32 rancid but you destroyed a lot of the benefits that I just talked about by heating it even at low temperatures so
49:39 just put it on after so sauté and coconut oil or ghee or butter that’s a
49:44 saturated fat that can handle the heat that’s not being denatured not destroying the vitamins and minerals and
49:51 you know uh the the uh the antioxidants in it because it’s just the Satur fat
49:57 it’s not going to destroy the arachadonic acid and some of the other benefits that are in these oils and then
50:03 afterwards uh put olive oil on at the end put that on at the end sauté and
50:08 oils that don’t denature and olive oil is one of them uh even avocado oil
50:14 higher smoke point but you’re going to Nature a lot of the good stuff that’s in it as well so you can still do it but if
50:20 you want the benefits of the olive oil and avocado oil uh there you have it so and believe it or not there’s forever
50:26 chemicals in olive oil as well so that happens in manufacturing if it gets you know so any of the cold pressed anything
50:32 that’s cold if it’s heated like coconut oil for example um if it’s expell pressed it gets hot and if it touches
50:39 plastic it’s getting contaminated with phalates right so try to get things in
50:45 glass bottles that’s cold so we’re not leeching these toxic Plastics whether it’s in the manufacturing or storing
50:51 other oils whether it’s avocado oil coconut oil or uh
50:57 uh olive oil yeah I agree so I think oleic acid is what the olive oil has in it that’s
51:03 really good for you but I don’t cook with olive oil either because it it can somewhat change the bonds but it just
51:09 gets rid of all the the bad or the good things that olive oil does for you right and I have a patient who’s from
51:15 Palestine and she gives me olive oil that’s made her house she makes it at
51:20 her house in Palestine and she brings it to me in these giant glass bottles it’s amazing and I put it on my eggs every
51:26 morning it’s so good you’re super blessed because you don’t have forever chemicals you have nothing it’s so good
51:32 I know I love her she’s amazing um so the next question I have for you is what
51:38 is one thing that anyone can do for their health that’s completely free I can give him like five I just did
51:46 a video on it but the the one that I think is that is is most
51:51 science-based um that is going to be the most powerful especially in today’s environment especially how we live our
51:57 lives is definitely grounding uh and everyone says that most people in the
52:03 world don’t understand that this is a very science-based thing to do connecting us to uh the Earth’s energy
52:10 and getting fed an oxidants from the ground these uh positive ions right then
52:18 in the discharge of the bad ones that we collect being around electricity that are we’re batteries and we’re collecting
52:25 bad energy that are oxidative to our body soon as you put your feet on the ground you
52:31 discharge all that and you recharge with the antioxidants that the Earth we’re meant to be walking on the Earth We’re
52:38 Meant To Be Connected um with nature we’re in Divine Synergy with nature uh you know I that’s why I like um you know
52:46 I used to think he was over the top but he is a freaking genius Zach Bush um I
52:52 just really respect him more and more because he he really he’s been speaking about this stuff before it started to become mainstream
52:59 and now I’m like oh my gosh I thought you were crazy and did too many uh you know maybe too many mushroom Journeys
53:04 and you weren’t connected to the to the you know whatever right but this guy is on fire so if you want to learn about
53:10 Divine Synergy he’s a great resource um and a great human because that’s his Jam
53:15 that’s not my jam I’m non-toxic dad but if you really want to learn about that but grounding is something that has
53:22 transformed my life you’ll sleep better it decreases your risk of heart disease it gives you energy if you’re tired
53:30 during the middle of the day and you’re fatigued especially if you’re in a nice live in a nice area um that’s warm just
53:37 instead of drinking coffee go outside take a walk in the sun with your bare feet and you’ll be like oh my gosh all my energy is back why you got more
53:44 oxygen you got sunshine you told your body that you’re awake your eyes told you that you’re awake and alive and
53:50 ready to do work instead of being in toxic LED lighting that’s telling you you should go to sleep that’s poisoning
53:56 your your body like my my eyesight I have my family has great eyesight my eyesight is is is now trashed I have
54:03 myopia I have a stigmatism it was causing me chronic headaches I had to get stinking glasses I improved my
54:09 eyesight doing a a lot of like the red light therapy I was doing all these things using uh Browns gas and putting
54:16 on my eyes hydrogen and oxygen I actually moved my eyesight up a quarter point by doing those things but I had to
54:23 I had to do the emergency just like many of us do uh with a surgery or get glasses you know and these things are
54:29 plastic and I feel horrible as non-toxic dad wearing these things but my headaches are now gone so you know there’s a time and a place to to use uh
54:37 technology but man you know get outside get grounded stop taking aspirin right
54:44 um and do olive oil do lemon do uh electrolytes avocados have I’m going off
54:51 again I’m sorry Dr C got do one we got to do one yeah so we’re I’m done I’m done grounding move on grounding okay so
54:58 grounding so put your put your body on the earth so that I like I like that one
55:03 last question is what is one thing that you wish you would have known about your
55:08 health 20 years ago that you would have done differently so if you would have known today what you if you knew today
55:17 20 years ago what you know now what would you do to change your health differently 20 years
55:22 ago 20 years ago to today um 20 years ago I just got into this so I
55:29 had many things what would I wished I would have fast-tracked it’s a great question um I kind of knew about Mercury
55:36 fillings then um you know I
55:42 wish what do I know what what did I wish I know let’s let’s talk about I would
55:47 say magnetic and electri magnetic fields in electric Fields uh and the reason why
55:52 some of these can be deadly and cause cancer um in US our children and they’re a they’re a cause of these things and
55:58 it’s become you know it’s kind of been kind of suppressed but it’s going to a lot of these studies are going to come out now that these electric fields and
56:05 magnetic fields are horrible for our body so that means I wish I knew that I don’t want to be sleeping have my head
56:13 next to the refrigerators on the other side of the wall right where or my kids
56:19 uh is is beds next to a smart meter on the other side of the wall or their bed
56:24 isn’t their head’s not right next to electric socket but I knew about how toxic these magnetic fields say from a
56:31 refrigerator compressor or a fan or you know those put out magnetic fields or
56:37 the electric fields that come from uh an outlet uh and what those can do to our
56:42 health how it affects our sleep and how it’s linked to cancer because you know I had my kids some of them their head you
56:50 know their beds beds up against the wall and the Outlet’s right next to her head and that electric field is looking for a
56:56 around and it’s smashing their body all night long uh causing oxidative stress it just these uh frequency poisons are
57:03 something you don’t see or think about and uh in Europe they do of course they have a different frequency that’s not as
57:09 toxic to your body but once again um America Has Changed things Europe okay
57:16 maybe we should all just no I’m kidding I digress they’re there Italy has has
57:22 gluten and or has wheat that doesn’t bother you as well if you have C so they’ve got a lot of things figured out
57:28 in Europe but I just got my Italian citizenship I claimed it through my grandfather me and my children are now
57:33 Italian citizens and um that’s cool and I want to go over there and learn from them that’s one of the things I want to
57:39 do in my in my podcasts and then I want to learn some of these ancient
57:44 traditions of food making and living healthy and family yes they drink alcohol it’s poison but they’re living
57:50 longer because they have community and family and I just feel so disconnected I don’t know about you
57:56 um but I just want to connect to humanity again and get back to the ancient ways and some of these tribal ways and ways of family kind of like
58:03 when I was growing up I really miss that um I feel like we’re in a silo you ever watch the movie Silo um y but uh so it’s
58:11 I do I feel like I’m just so disconnected from everybody and I want to get connected and that and that needs
58:16 to happen in America I think for us to heal because if we’re connecting in community and in farms we’re not judging
58:22 each other and we’re not living in these in these focused mindsets that everyone else is wrong and we’re right we it’s we
58:29 all have good things to share we all have uh great Solutions and answers but we’re so pigeon hold and angry right now
58:36 and I think Community is the answer um regenerative farming’s part of that uh just in finding ways to connect so I
58:42 want to learn those skills and start passing those on uh in in the next Generations I completely agree well
